Will you Volunteer with Helen Schuler Nature Centre this summer?

The Helen Schuler Nature Centre is accepting applications to become a part of our dynamic naturalist volunteer team. No previous experience required. Adult, family, group and youth volunteers welcome and all training is provided.

Opportunities at this time include front-line customer service working with visitors in our exhibit rooms and on the living roof, trail monitoring, and supporting the Nature Centre’s daily operations. To make the most of the experience, a minimum of 4 to 6 hours each month for a minimum of six months is recommended.

“Volunteering in the Exhibit Room is a great social activity with lots of opportunities to connect with visitors from around the world,” says Curtis Goodman, Resource Development Coordinator with the Helen Schuler Nature Centre, “Our team of volunteers act as ambassadors for the City of Lethbridge, helping our visitors connect with the best our community has to offer.”
