Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the Friends of the Helen Schuler Nature Centre Society will be held at Helen Schuler Nature Centre in the City of Lethbridge at 7:00 pm for the purpose of:
Review of the activities of the Society
Review of the audited financial position of the Society
Election of a President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer (or Secretary/Treasurer) and Director
Appointment of two auditors, and
Transacting such further and other business as may properly come before the meeting
Everyone is welcome to attend. Active membership is required to vote at the AGM. Learn more about our Society's governance.
